We offer a wide range of decorative paintings , carefully crafted from premium canvas, high-quality plexiglass and a non-deformable structure. Each creation is designed by our talented digital artists to offer unique works that will stand the test of time. time.

2. How are your paintings made?

Our canvases are made from premium polycotton canvas (300g/m²), water and scratch resistant, and are printed on high quality plexiglass . The frame is dimensionally stable, ready to hang immediately, and each canvas comes with pre-installed hanging hardware.

3. Where are your products shipped?

We ship our paintings all over Morocco and internationally. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the amount of the order. For orders under 500 Dhs, a fee of 29 Dhs applies.

4. What are the delivery times?

Once your order is confirmed, we prepare your painting within 24 to 48 hours . If you are in Casablanca , we offer delivery by our own delivery person within 72 hours . For other regions, we ship via delivery partners who deliver within 48 hours maximum .

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once your order is confirmed and in preparation, it becomes difficult to modify or cancel it. However, if you have any concerns, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible at contact@kolorsbrand.com , and we will do our best to find a solution.

6. Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 7 days from receipt of your order to return a product that does not satisfy you. Returned products must be new and in perfect condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return is validated, we will reimburse you within 15 days.

7. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged or the delivery does not match your order, please refuse receipt and notify us immediately by email at contact@kolorsbrand.com . We will ask you to send us a photo of the damage, and we will offer you an exchange or refund as soon as possible.

To ensure the durability of your painting, we recommend hanging it away from excessive humidity and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the colors. Paintings are designed to last for generations with minimal maintenance.

12. How do I know if a painting is available?

All our paintings are presented on the site with real-time availability . If a product is out of stock, it will be clearly indicated on its page. If you want a particular product that is not available, you can contact us at contact@kolorsbrand.com to find out the restocking times.

13. Can I personalize a board with my own images or text?

It is possible but on request, please contact us by email or via whatsapp.

14. Are the paintings ready to hang upon delivery?

Yes, all of our paintings come with pre-installed hanging hardware . So you can hang them right away, without the need for additional hardware or special tools. They are designed to be installed easily and without damaging your walls.

15. Why does the painting I purchased not exactly match the photo on the website?

While we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, differences may exist due to the limitations of computer monitors (in terms of colors and textures). We assure you that each product is carefully manufactured to match the descriptions and photos on our site.
