Shipping Policy

At Kolors, we do everything we can to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and that your order arrives as quickly as possible. Here is our detailed shipping policy:

Order Preparation

• After confirmation of your order, we prepare your table within 24 to 48 hours .
• Once preparation is complete, your order will be shipped immediately.

Shipping Costs

• For any order less than 500 Dhs , a delivery charge of 29 Dhs will be applied.
• For any order equal to or greater than 500 Dhs , delivery is free .

Delivery to Casablanca

• If you are based in Casablanca , one of our delivery people will be able to deliver your painting to you within 72 hours after preparing your order.

Delivery outside Casablanca

• If you are outside Casablanca, your order will be shipped with our logistics partners, who will guarantee delivery within a maximum of 48 hours after shipment.

Tips to Optimize Your Purchases

• We recommend that you group your purchases into one order. We cannot group two separate orders , and each order will be shipped separately, with shipping charges applied to each shipment.

Packaging and Protection of Packages

• Packages are oversized and protected to ensure your painting arrives in perfect condition.

Receipt of Order

• When receiving your painting, it is imperative to check that the order (products and quantities) corresponds to what you ordered and that the products have not suffered any damage during transport.

Claim for Damages

• If a product has suffered damage compromising its essential characteristics, you must refuse receipt of the package and inform us immediately by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 7 days .
• If no claim is made within this period, the products will be considered to have been received in good condition.

Delivery Delays

• Kolors cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
• A delay in delivery does not in any case give rise to a claim for damages .
