Return and Refund Policy
Kolors Refund Policy
Customers, non-professional individuals, have a period of seven days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to Kolors.
Return Fees
Costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer. Kolors will not bear these costs, except in the case of an error on our part, such as a product error or a defective product.
Return Conditions
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must return the products within seven days of receiving his order. The items must be new , unused , and in their original packaging . The products must be returned in a condition allowing them to be put back on sale.
The customer can choose one of the following two options to return the items:

Return to Kolors headquarters : The customer can return the items directly to Kolors' address, at their own expense, via a private carrier. It is essential to keep proof of deposit of the package. In the absence of this proof, no exchange, voucher or refund can be made in the event of loss of the package.

Return via a carrier service : The customer can also use a carrier service of his choice to send the product to the return address indicated by Kolors. The return costs will be at his expense.
Exchange, Voucher or Refund
Once the product has been returned and inspected, Kolors will offer one of the following solutions:
- Exchange for a product of equal value.
- Voucher equivalent to the value of the returned product.
- Refund of the amount paid for the item, excluding delivery costs.
The refund, exchange or issue of a voucher will be made within a maximum of 30 days after receipt and validation of the returned product.
Exceptions
Returned items must be in resalable condition. Any returned product that has been used, damaged, or is missing its original packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Likewise, personalized or promotional products are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
